Primary adrenal non-Hodgkin lymphoma (PANHL) is extremely rare and constitutes <1% of all NHLs and 3% of extranodal lymphoma. PANHL affects predominantly elderly and males and could arises in the presence of a preexisting autoimmune adrenalitis.
